  • In the odd case that you do not love your Bodhi products, here is our policy on returns:

    1. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
    2. Please note that the images you see on the website are shot in professional lighting and developed according to the website requirements, thus there may be a slight difference in the colour of the products that you receive. Bodhi reserves the right to accept your request for return for such minimal differences, If any in the product ordered.
    3. Eligible products can only be returned within 10 days after the delivery date. You can find the return policy of each product under the Return Info section of the product page.
    4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    5. In the unlikely event of you receiving a completely different product than what you placed the order for, you should email us a photo of the incorrect product along with the receipt of your order that entails the details of the product you placed an order for. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    6. In the unlikely event of you receiving the incorrect size for the order placed by you, you should email us a photo of the incorrect product along with the receipt of your order that entails the details of the product (including the size) you placed an order for. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    7. The Bodhi Care team must receive and approve your return request sent to our team via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will look into the details and respond to the return request via email within 7-10 working days. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
    8. Once your return has been authorized, we will be processing your return and dispatching the revised goods, in case of exchange within 7-10 working days. Please note that the return and exchange process can take up to a month in case of unforeseen circumstances. If you choose to opt for a refund instead of an exchange on the product, the refund will be initiated after your request is reviewed in accordance to our ‘Return Policy’, and has undergone the necessary quality checks.
    9. We aim to process all returns within 7-10 working days. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances, the process may take up to a month. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Bodhi Care team at contact@bodhi.in
    10. All returns are subject to the discretion of Bodhi. But we're a friendly bunch :)
